Mr. Bill Tyler is President and CEO of Mercury Technology Solutions, Inc. He has over 24 years of law enforcement experience as well as 22 years with the Denver Police Department. He has expertise in risk assessment, interview and interrogation, physical security, computer security and intelligence matters.

Bill has assisted in the implementation, design, testing, and training in the Denver Police Department's mobile data terminals. Bill holds degrees in Political Science from Colorado College and a Masters of Science in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix. Mark Gruenberg V.P. of ISR Programs. Mr. Gruenberg served 20 years in the United States Marine Corp as a Signals Intelligence Analyst with a particular specialty in Electronics Intelligence. For the past ten years Mark has worked as an intelligence analyst supporting numerous agencies as well as expanding his intelligence experience into all-source intelligence.
